Presentation Guidelines

All accepted papers included in the final program are expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend the Conference will be subscribed to a "No Show List" and their paper will be removed from the final proceedings submitted to Springer.

Oral Presentation

Oral presentations are scheduled for:

  • Regular and Special Session presentations: 15-minutes slots (a 12 minutes long presentation, followed by a 3 minutes question-answer period).
  • Workshop presentations: 20-minutes slots (a 17 minutes long presentation, followed by a 3 minutes question-answer period).
For oral presentations, a laptop, a video projector and a microphone will be provided. Windows XP/Vista/7, Adobe Acrobat, Media Player, and MS Powerpoint 2003/2007 will be available on the laptop.
