Please note the following:
At least ONE author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL (member or non-member) rate and must present the paper at the conference. Additional authors from the same paper pay depending on their own choice/status as student. Please note that membership in ICST is free, and all authors have to sign up, ticking the membership box, during the registration process.
Only PhD students (without paper upload) receive the concessionary registration fees of the PhD Forum. By offering lower registration fees to PhD students we aim to encourage them to participate in a high quality and valuable conference.
The early registration deadline for all accepted authors is before 25 August (same as Camera ready deadline) as registration is required to have access as to upload the Camera Ready paper.
Any other participants can register and receive an early rate as long as they register 1 month before the conference, which is 5 September 2011.
Registration remains open until and even on-site at the event.
